A challenging brief given by client to tear down an old spacious unit that was situated in a luscious, airy and green estate and to re-create it into a modern new home, with a “raw” feel. While we were focused on bringing in the edgy raw elements by adding in lots of grey undertones, especially in the living room, we also wanted to add in the warm cozy touches by sprucing it up with lots of woody touches, such as the vintage looking couch and armchair.

As our client is a partner in a local creative agency, she was also adventurous enough to take up our recommendations to include some unique lighting and art pieces that helped to create a one of a kind authentic rustic feeling for anyone stepping into their home.

We are particularly proud of the kitchen color, material and schematic layout that was conceptualized to fit our modern day living lifestyle but yet allow for the cooking needs of a busy professional couple. The premium Italian mosaic tiles that were utilized to accentuate the kitchen colors was an add on that brought live to this modern day kitchen.
