Our goal for this project was to create a Manhattan loft vibe for the owner while also integrating brick features into the overall concept. Since the premises had high ceilings, we enhanced both the bedroom and also the living area with loft-style features. A custom floating staircase in the living area leads to a glass-floored entertainment area – the glass being both a stylistic addition to the quarters while also allowing light to flow more freely between it and the bottom floor.
